Buner User Agreement

Hi there! Welcome to Buner, your personal gemstone collection companion that lets you capture macro gem photos, log 4C parameters, compare gem appearances under 5 light modes, build your personal gem archive and more - no account, no sign up, no hassle required to access all features right after installation.

This agreement lays out the simple ground rules for using Buner, so we can keep making this tool fun and useful for all gem lovers out there. By opening and using Buner, you're agreeing to the terms below.

What You're Welcome To Do

• Use all Buner features completely for free, including 4C parameter logging, 5-light mode comparison, collection filtering, statistics dashboard, and unlimited gem entry storage
• Export your gem collection data and photos for your personal use anytime you want
• Share screenshots of your collection or comparison views with your friends or gem communities
• Send us feedback, feature requests, or bug reports anytime to help us make Buner better

What We Ask You Not To Do

• Use Buner to create, store or share content that infringes on other people's rights, or contains harmful, illegal, or misleading information
• Modify, reverse engineer, crack, or redistribute Buner or any of its components without our explicit permission
• Use Buner to create falsified gemstone grading records for fraudulent purposes, including scamming other people when selling or trading gems
• Automate access to Buner or use it for any commercial purposes without reaching out to us for consent first

Your Data Ownership

We do not require any account registration to use Buner, and all of your gemstone data, photos, notes, and collection records are stored locally on your own device only. We never collect, upload, share, or access any of your personal content or data.

You hold full ownership of all content you create and store in Buner. We recommend you back up your data regularly to avoid loss from device damage, loss, or app uninstallation.

App Updates & Support

We will roll out occasional updates to add new features, fix bugs, and improve performance. You can choose to install updates or keep using the current version of Buner as you prefer.

Agreement Changes & Termination

• We may update this agreement from time to time. We will notify all users via in-app notification 15 days before any updated terms take effect. If you keep using Buner after the new terms take effect, it means you agree to the updated agreement.
• You can terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling Buner from your device, no extra steps needed.
• If we ever decide to discontinue Buner, we will notify all users at least 30 days in advance via in-app notice and our official website, so you have enough time to back up all your data.
